Rules And Offline Reading
The five apps cover Civil Procedure, Criminal Procedure, Appellate Procedure, Bankruptcy Procedure, and Evidence. Each includes its December 1, 2025 publication, with rule text and amendment histories. Committee commentary and publication footnotes are outside the library’s scope.
Rules and reading fonts are included in the app. Reading, search, and local notes can work offline. Downloading an app, checking subscription access, purchasing, restoring a purchase, and opening an official source require an internet connection.
Check The Official Source
Use the source link in a rule to open its page in the official PDF. You can also visit the U.S. Courts publications page. These are independent reference apps and do not provide legal advice.
Your Notes And Preferences
Notes, recent searches, and reading preferences are stored on your device. They do not sync between the five apps. Copy any notes you want to preserve before deleting the app or clearing its storage. Your operating system may include app data in its own backups.
You can edit or delete notes from the Notes screen, clear recent searches from Search, and adjust fonts, text size, or appearance in Settings.
Subscription Plans
Launch plans are being prepared. One App access is planned at US$79.99 per year or US$19.99 per month. See the subscription terms. No app account is required.
Cancel Or Request A Refund
Subscriptions are managed by the store where they were purchased. Deleting an app does not cancel a subscription. Follow Apple’s cancellation instructions or Google Play’s subscription instructions. Use the same store’s support process for refund requests; eligibility is determined by that store.
